Organize a Quick
Teleseminar to Promote Yourself
Teleseminar in Two Weeks
Timeline
If you want to do a simple
teleseminar and have a list to promote your teleseminar,
here is a simple timeline. This Teleseminar assumes that
you know topics to cover targeting your list to buy your
products.
Week 2
Create a topic that interests your newsletter
subscribers and helps sell your products or services.
Create a template for your announcements:
Include
Date
Time (all time zones)
Length (of call)
Call in Number
Access ID
Templates and dates to send
Create a "thank you for joining" autoresponder from your
shoppingcart
Create web page with benefits to Teleseminar
Add sign-up form
Link from home page with strong benefit
Send announcement sales copy email to list; ask readers
to forward to friends
Affiliates: Create affiliate marketing pieces if this is
a teleseminar that sells something affiliates might want
to be in on. Create emails for them to send out, set up
affiliate program, set up autoresponders.
Ask a friend or partner to commit to joining you on call
for support.
Submit articles with CTA for the Teleseminar

Make sure reminder email has phone info and cheat sheet
link, Print icon, etc. "Last chance to tell your friends
about this."
Interview: call the person you are interviewing or your
friend who promised to help you. Make sure they know all
of the things they need to know: phone number, time,
moderator code. Go over the list of questions and any
specials they might be running on products, etc. You
don't need to work out all details so there is some
spontaneity, but enough so there aren't any surprises.
